For subscribers of TKG’s Interactive Local Media program, a new forecast is available which analyzes mobile advertising. This includes an analysis of structural changes and consumer usage patterns in the United States and Europe; and benchmark ad performance in other markets to derive market estimates through 2012.

The report covers three areas: ad-sponsored directory assistance, mobile search and display, and multi-modal applications installed on U.S. mobile device handsets. The findings will be examined over time, here on the blog and during several sessions of the ILM:07 conference in Los Angeles, Nov. 28-30.

TKG will also release several studies in conjunction with mobile partners in the months ahead; and our worldwide mobile research is expanding rapidly. We look forward to sharing upcoming results on a market that has held the promise of revenues for many years.
