AgendiZe, the French company that enables 30+ Yellow Pages publishers to extend advertiser calls to action on dozens of online platforms, from e-mail to social networks, has raised $1.3 million in new funding led by Entrepreneur Venture, a French firm. The funding will be applied to the company’s international expansion, including a new office in Montreal. This adds to the company’s existing offices in San Francisco and Troyes, France.

AgendiZe also announced that it has added former YPG exec Jean-Pascal Lion to its advisory board. At the same time, it has created a new “Performance Based Solution” division with former CanWest Publishing President Gary Campbell at the helm.
