Yesterday we posted about NYC Mayor Michael Bloomberg’s surprise appearance at TechCrunch Disrupt, and his touting of mobile local apps (MyCityWay in particular).

During a separate Keynote Interview, famed investment banking analyst Frank Quattrone likewise evangelized these emerging areas (throwing in social media as well). He said that the next wave will be at the intersection of mobile, local and social, and we tend to agree.
