The French search software company Exalead has been acquired by Dassault Systems, a company that specializes in 3D and product lifecycle software. The purchase price was 135 million euros. Exalead is a regular at Yellow Pages industry events in Europe and North America. The company’s client list includes PagesJaunes;  Le 118 218, a French online directory; Friendster; Yell.com; and Yakaz, a classifieds search engine, among many others.
