BIA/Kelsey’s upcoming “Leading in Local: The National Impact” event March 18-20 in Boston keeps building and building. We’ve now crossed the 40 speaker threshold – and the lineup truly reflects the rapid shifts and progress we’ve been seeing in local, social, mobile, promotions, media and sales force transformation.

Key industry players such as as Vikram Sharma (Gannett Digital Marketing), Brian Halligen (HubSpot), Jose Puente (AutoTrader), Chris Terrill (Home Advisor), Tim Condon (The Washington Post Co.) and David Kidder (The Startup Playbook) have previously been announced. Here’s some of the newly announced presenters.

Keynoting during our Day 1 National/Local Superforum is Hill Holiday EVP and Co-Media Leader Cindy Stockwell. Stockwell has won a trophy chest full of ad industry awards for her work applying new local, social and mobile approach to such major national/local brands such as Dunkin’ Donuts, Bank of America, Cigna and Chili’s. Hill Holiday, of course, is Boston’s largest ad agency.

The National/Local Superforum, in fact, is jam-packed with great speakers. We’ll also be featuring Yodle CEO Court Cunningham; Cars.com national ad leader Mike Page; Living Social SVP Mitch Spolan and Balihoo CMO Shane Vaughan, who is set to share a new CMO Council study detailing how national brands leverage local channels and activate local customers.

Later in the program, we’ll hear from Dex CSO David Sharman, who shares his candid insights into what’s been working in local sales (and what doesn’t.) The implications for local are enormous as Dex prepares to merge with SuperMedia to form one of the world’s largest local sales operations.

We’ve also added Swipely CEO Angus Davis, who joins Cartera CEO Tom Beecher and First Data SVP Dom Morea in covering the next wave of loyalty products — a definite “hot pick” and increasingly important as a new generation of deals and promotions unfold.

Another great add: NPR Digital Services head Bob Kempf joins an outstanding Media Leaders panel, which already includes Hearst Newspapers EVP Lincoln Millstein, Boston Globe VP Jane Bowman and Gatehouse Media President Peter Newton.

And then we’ll be hearing from Google’s Kesh Patel, one of the original Google team members, who is set to share his perspective on local, from A-Z. There’s much, much more, with great speakers on carefully curated sessions dedicated to search, mobile, native ads and coupons.

Startup? Join BIA/Kelsey’s Mike Boland and his special co-emcee Randy Parker as a Leading in Local Future Star (including discounted admission.) New this year: a contest for top Future Stars, with special prizes. Details for Future Stars are here. More info on the agenda is here. Registration is here.
