SMB Data Point of the Week: Choosing New Ad Tech
More and more SMBs are using technology to compete against much larger competitors. What’s important to SMBs when choosing new advertising and marketing technologies? According to BIA/Kelsey’s Local Commerce Monitor, Wave 19 survey of small and medium businesses (SMBs), when it comes to choosing new advertising and marketing technology ease of use, reliability and cost effectiveness are the key factors that impact their decision. 84.2% of respondents strongly or somewhat agreed that technology that ease of use was important, followed by reliable with 83.9% and cost effective with 81.7%.
Offering simple to navigate, reliable solutions to SMBs is key along with a value/cost they can understand and fits with their budgets.
